Our Story

Apothera, “Apothecary” reimagined, is a Canadian-owned small business who formulates and dispenses creative and empowering gifts for health care professionals and the appreciative. It was founded in the Spring of 2021 in Toronto, Ontario by Larissa, a Pediatric Registered Nurse. 

Apothera was inspired by the health care heroes of the COVID-19 pandemic. Born through a love of creative expression, our design is intentional and thoughtful. Our goal is to uplift healthcare professionals and to show appreciation for the invaluable work they provide. We hope each design spreads a little cheer and charm to the wearer.
